Why I built this
I kept having the same conversation.

A founder sits down, we talk for five minutes, and by minute six we both know where their finance setup is falling short. Revenue up, reports getting skimmed, cash a little foggy, a bookkeeper who's great but stretched past what the role was built for.
After a few hundred of those conversations, the patterns are hard to miss. So I turned them into thirteen questions. This score gives you the same read I'd give you across the table.
Gregg Turkovich, founder of Fuse CFO & Accounting, scaled and sold his company Kan Jam, where sharper accounting strategy helped the business grow, increase profitability, and exit to private equity. He sees finance through an operator's lens, not an accountant's.
Revenue is growing. Finance hasn't kept up. Most owners running scaling businesses describe the same thing...
Sound familiar? Three minutes from now you'll know which one is costing you and where to start.

The numbers don't add up to clear decisions

A strong month can still feel tight

Reports get made but don't change decisions
